Sara & Andreas
Jordberga castle
July 1 2024
130 Guests
Sara and Andreas celebrated their wedding at Jordberga slott in an intimate and deeply personal setting, with their Persian ceremony at the heart of the celebration.
When unexpected rain arrived, the ceremony was moved indoors at short notice—an adjustment that resulted in a warm, cozy, and almost magical atmosphere.
As the coordinator, I managed the transition in real time, ensuring that the ceremony could take place smoothly and without stress for the couple.
Through clear communication, presence, and swift decision-making, a sense of calm was maintained, allowing Sara and Andreas to focus fully on each other and the meaning of the moment.
A wedding that beautifully demonstrated how flexibility, care, and thoughtful coordination can transform unexpected circumstances into something even more special.

A Celebration of Love, Energy, and Unforgettable Joy at Jordberga
Sara and Andreas celebrated their wedding at Jordberga with 130 guests, in a weekend defined by warmth, energy, and an infectious sense of joy from beginning to end.
The wedding weekend began at the Park Villa, where the bridal party got ready and where they also stayed together throughout the entire weekend.
Even before the ceremony, the house was filled with laughter, anticipation, and champagne—the atmosphere was high-spirited, relaxed, and full of happiness.
A personal and emotional first look took place outside the Park Villa, just before the rain rolled in over the estate, creating a quiet and beautiful moment shared only between the two of them.
Just in time for the ceremony, the rain began to pour, but it did not trouble Sara and Andreas in the slightest.
Instead, it added to the intimacy and atmosphere, allowing the focus to remain fully on the ceremony and on each other.
The feeling was warm, close, and filled with love—a reminder that the right atmosphere always matters more than perfect conditions.
Following the ceremony, the celebration continued with dinner, which the couple opened in their own unique way: with their first dance, followed immediately by the wedding cake being served.
This set the tone for an evening that quickly turned into a full celebration. During dinner, the room filled with singing, cheers, and joy—napkins waved in the air, guests stood on their chairs, and shot trays were passed around the tables, further lifting the energy and amplifying the festive mood.
As dinner transitioned into the party, the DJ took over and the dance floor filled instantly.
Guests danced all night long, uninterrupted, with an energy that carried on into the early hours.
For late-night food, burgers were served from a food truck—a relaxed and much-appreciated ending to the evening.
Sara and Andreas’ wedding became a weekend where feeling took center stage: joyful, inclusive, and unapologetically celebratory.
A wedding where love, togetherness, and pure celebration were given full space—no matter the weather.
